New Laser Cutter Brings Speed and Precision to Engineering Designs

Upper School science and engineering students are finally getting to enjoy the benefits of the new laser cutter that was given to the school as a class gift from the Class of 2025. Science teacher and Science Olympiad coach Alex Siragy says the laser cutter provides speed and precision to Science Olympiad and engineering students as they create components of their projects/designs. Students used it recently to create parts of their rockets, for example, a nose cone. Many thanks to the Class of 2025 for such a useful and practical gift.
