Upper Schoolers Accepted into Virginia Governor's World Language Academies

Three Tandem Upper Schoolers have been accepted into the very competitive Virginia Governor's World Language Academies for their summer programs. Congratulations to these students for the following acceptances:
  • Junior Henry A - Japanese
  • Junior Owen S - Latin
  • Sophomore Catriona S - Spanish
The Japanese and Latin academies will be held June 22 – July 13 at Randolph Macon College. The Spanish academy will be held June 21– July 12 at Washington and Lee University. Congratulations! We look forward to hearing about these summer adventures into world language study and proficiency.
