One Act Plays in Rehearsal

Tandem will present a series of four one-act plays in late January; they are currently in rehearsal. The plays involve 25 Upper School and 8th grade students, with Perry Medlin serving as producer and director of one play. There are three student directors making their directorial debuts and one student-written play. The David Ives play Words, Words, Words will be directed by senior Charlie Kennedy and features three actors. The David Ives play Sure Thing will be directed by senior Charlie Schuyler and features two actors. A play written by senior Abri Robert-Kedes, entitled She Doodles to Forget, will be directed by senior Olivia Childers and features five actors. Drama teacher Perry Medlin will direct This is a Test, by Stephen Gregg, a play that features fourteen actors. It should be a delightful series of one acts, to be presented January 24-26.
